As an educated and certified trainer, as well as a dedicated student myself, I have an expertise that allows me to offer a unique style that improves on currently successful programs. In addition, I have nutritional knowledge and interest that allows me to further direct my clients toward achieving their goals. My passion for health and fitness is a key asset as well as my energy, dedication, and love for the community.
MPOWER is the principal strength and conditioning program for people of all shapes and sizes, from the highly specialized competitive athlete to the grandmother trying to build enough strength to pick herself up after a fall. This is a fitness program that is, by design, inclusive, efficient and effective way to train. It’s a system that achieves results.
Overall wellness stems from a balanced lifestyle that incorporates exercise, healthy nutrition, and peace of mind. I do not believe in quick fixes. I have taken many journeys in my life, from working as a professional to being a mother. Before becoming a personal trainer, I worked as a fashion designer for 14 years. All of this was prior to discovering my love for helping others become healthy and fit. There I learned that limited time and stress affect our well being.
